Here it is, a Halloween post! Even if no one else gets excited about this post, I'm excited about it and that is good enough for meeee. Plus, it gives me an excuse to say "ween". Hehehehe, I said ween. Three times. Ween. Okay, four times.

My bank account which I must say isn't frequently used and doesn't often have very much in the form of money in it still alerts me almost the entire month of October with "warning, you tend to spend a lot in this time period". If my bank account could hear me I'd say "Duh, I need me all the Halloween shtuff". Well, enough about my consistent money troubles, look at my stufffffffffff:

The measuring spoons and wind chime are from World Market. I believe we bought the skull from World Market also but I can't quite recall probably because there was some sick woman in the store when we were buying these things whose germy-not-covered-coughs got me extremely sick for two weeks. I still have to take an antibotic that makes my tummy not happy, so I'm very thankful to that woman. She clearly had some very important and impertinent reasons to be in World Market in her condition. Sorry, that got ranty but I felt like poo for weeks. Oh, and Predator is Funko (obvi) and we bought it from a random comic book shop in our area.

Casta Fierce from Toys R' Us or otherwise known as my second home. Another appearance from the skull! Towels and tablecloth (I seriously couldn't remember what this table covering thing was called haha, I had to get up and look at the packaging) are from Target. Snowglobes (have I ever mentioned that I have a weakness for snowglobes?) are from Walgreens. Walgreens also has some really tasty Russell Stover "pumpkin" shaped filled chocolates. They are rarely actually pumpkin shaped but they are delicious, try the raspberry cream, orange cream, and red velvet.

I thought I had more things but these are the only things I took pictures of. I did also buy some syringe pens from Target but they are more cute than practical, one broke the minute I took it out of the packaging but it seemed to be easily fixable.

What have you bought this HalloWEEN (hehe, I just can't get enough ... depeche mode) season?

It has been awhile since I've updated you on my Monster High collection and I am really behind on my plans to share pictures of the entirety of my collection (current) but our display room is still a disaster, actually it's a growing disaster because my Mother brought me all my stuff from my childhood room from her house and I still haven't gotten around to unpacking it (or finding a place for all of it). Anywho, I thought I'd share some pictures of my newest dolls, although to be perfectly honest this is only part of them.

These are my most recent ones (bought over the weekend), I found them at Walmart and I about died of excitement when I saw this Venus McFlytrap (bright pink hair), I absolutely adore her outfit. Part of my excitement was that I had no idea this four pack even existed and that is quite an oddity because I follow Monster High pretty intently.

Twyla is one of the newest dolls released with the 13 Wishes line and I just had to have her.

I wanted this Mad Science Pack so badly when I saw it in Toys R Us awhile back, especially because look at the dress Ghoulia is wearing, I don't know if you can tell but her dress is in a periodic table print. This set finally became mine a few weekends ago.

Last but not least (although the picture is really hard to tell) my finds and purchases from Target. They had the five pack Dance Class set including Gil (who is super hard to find!) for a bargain price and I couldn't pass on this Venus McFlytrap Dance Festival doll, who is quickly becoming my favorite doll. This Ghouls Night Out Spectra is so cute too, she his a little purple vinyl jacket and matching hat.

I honestly think I need an entire 3 feet shelf just for the dolls I've gotten recently. I probably should slow down and focus on adult things but these dolls are just so cute, I can barely help myself. Well, my cat is eating the curtains again so I better go.

Current guilty pleasure:  I wish I could say I had one but Saturday was my cheat day and I barely got to cheat, it was not the good times I had planned. I really wanted chocolate chip cookies but I never got around to making them. Look at that freakin' cookie, being all delicious and stuff...

Current nail color: Some sort of black with purple glitter, my toes are in serious need for repair (as always). I'm thinking of going with red or pink which is a bit out of the ordinary for me considering I almost always wear black with glitter.

Current playlist:  Age of Consent - New Order / Dreams Never End - New Order / Let's Go (Nothing for me) - New Order / Nights in White Satin - The Moody Blues / Revelation Revolution - Rob Zombie / Theme for the Rat Vendor - Rob Zombie / Ging Gang Gong De Do Gong De Laga Raga - Rob Zombie (I was not typing all of that...) / The Girl who Loved Monsters - Rob Zombie / Smells like Nirvana - Weird Al

Current drink:  Water, water, and more water. I couldn't find any mint at the grocery store, I wanted to make raspberry mint water. That reminds me, I need to get a muddler. I am, however, drinking my water out of a really cute cup.

Current food:  Grapes and 4 Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Chips. So far all of the cookie chip flavors are delicious.

Current Favorite TV Show: Oddities, I have to visit that shop. Mad Men. GoT, of course. Beetlejuice Cartoon Season 1.

Current wish list:
Wind chime
// The Sims 3: Island Paradise (June 25) // Wall Mounted Record Player // Days of Future Passed - The Moody Blues // Boardwalk Empire: Soundtrack Season 1 // Funko Beetlejuice // Kinect and Workout games // Schwinn Cruiser (GIMMEEE) // Frank and Ernest by Alexandra Day - I loved this book when I was a kid and I could never remember what it was called till recently // Panache Sports Bra - The girls need support for light running // Wire Racks - to help organize my pantry // Monster High 13 Wishes Dolls // Monster High Music Festival Dolls // Monster High Headless Headmistress Bloodgood // Free People Tarot Cards // Free People Double Layer Rosary // Free People Zapoteca Pendant // Target Justice League Batman Plates - I've been looking for these everywhere and every single Target is sold out :(

Curren wish list (clothes + bag section):

Eshakti Color Tipped Sheath Dress // Eshakti Chevron Pleat Satin Dress // Eshakti Sash Waist Lace Frock // F21+ Geo Tribal Maxi Dress // Buckle Empire Waist Top in White // Buckle Chiffon Flyaway Cardi // Buckle Polka Dot Top // Buckle Cross Maxi Skirt // Buckle Studded Crossbody Fringe Purse // Free People Keep me Tee in Violet // Torrid Daisy Cami // Evans Lace Cardi // Evans Floral Dress - I've been looking for a floral dress that I like // Evans Heart Cardi //

Current needs: My motivation to return, I had a really shitty night Friday and I was in a state for most of Saturday as well.

Current triumphs: Working out 3 days this week, I plan on working out tomorrow as well to bring it to 4 days. I'm also amazed I'm already able to pull off some Pilates moves with ease, I'm getting stronger!

Current bane of my existence: My new scale. I've weighed myself at 4 separate places and the scale I bought says I weigh more than every single other number I saw. I saw the number and started crying for a long while. *sigh* I'm not going to give up, I know weight is just a number but I've been working my ass off (not literally since there is still so much ass to go around... that sounds wrong). It just made me feel really disheartened, I have a long ass journey ahead of me.

Current celebrity crush: Henry Cavill, always and forever, that man is stunning. I can't imagine walking around being that gorgeous...

Current indulgence: Internet browsing, obviously, considering my massive wishlist. The Sims 3, my addiction is only going to get worse when Island Paradise comes out.

Current blessing: Jason! Halo! Hero! A body that is quickly (mostly *grr*) adapting despite the shit I've put it through.

Current outfit:  Grey and black stripped top (Target), black cardigan (who knows at this point), black skirt (Target), engagement ring, favorite earrings (Target), beaded necklace (Forever 21), and studded skull crossbody purse (Burlington Coat Factory).

Current excitement:  Island Paradise. Monster University!

Current mood:  Up in the air, really.

Current link: Boston Children's Hospital finds root cause for diabetes.
This is absolutely incredible, imagine what this could do for so many people!

Why are blog titles so incredibly hard to come up with? I should just skip trying to be clever, which rarely if ever works anyway, and just use the names of my nail polishes or something. I am eating Sugar Smack cereal so basically I just looked around and went for something I saw and made that the title, it's a good thing I don't have magical powers to change myself into something I see because then someone would gobble up my cereal goodness. On the subject of Sugar Smacks, why does the box try to convince you they are high in vitamin d, they are high in delicious and that is good enough for me. Now I have the "C is for Cookie" song stuck in my head...

Anyway, I don't have much to report because I've been playing The Sims practically non-stop. A few weeks ago my fiance bought me Monte Vista so I've been playing the shit out of the game. I've built a good 3-4 lounges/dance clubs/bars/what have you and about 5 different families, it's insane, if only I was paid to play the Sims. Perhaps I should stop sharing pictures of my screenshots because I don't know if anyone is interested in seeing them but I can't help myself and look at these crazy kids, getting engaged in France and what not. I love the purple and aqua dream home I built her too.

Yesterday my fiance and I went for Mexican food, did a little shopping (my fiance bought a leather jacket and I got some nail polishes and more MH dolls... naturally), saw 'Skyfall', and went grocery shopping. Then we came home and I caught up on 'Girls', 'Californication', and then 'The Walking Dead'. I also wore my favorite cherry print top I got a bit ago from Forever 21 and I cycled between thinking I looked hot and like a blob. My attempt to take pictures using my phone turned out like this:

So ya know, I tried. As you can tell, I love these jeans. My fiance said this is an odd photo but I was trying to pull down my tank top to cover my thighs, so sorry for the odd photo but you're probably use to that from me by now.

I've never had an Essie polish before but I absolutely love wearing black nail polish topped with sparkles. I, of course, had to find two Monster High dolls I wanted - this was after I spotted some unopened boxes of Monster High and had a Walmart employee help me open the boxes - I was looking for a Catrine DeMew but I was really pleasantly surprised to see that each box contained a Skelita and Jinafire (even though I own them already) but it was fun opening the boxes to see what dolls were hiding inside.

Well I've got plans to get to (*cough* Simming *cough*) so we'll talk soon.

Current guilty pleasure:  As the norm with me, it is hard to choose just one, but I'd have to go for either chocolate chip cookie dough dip or cinnamon swirl bread with duncan hines vanilla glaze.

Current nail color:
Well my hands are currently naked, I know... what scandal. My feet are in a state of despair, more normal behavior on my part, but my feet are still OPI Ruby Pumps - it is one of my favorite colors. I'm searching for a green sparkly I like, I'm liking green lately.

Current playlist:
The Sisters of Mercy - "Lucretia, My Reflection" / Project Pitchfork - "Steelrose" / The Frantics - "Werewolf" / Steve King - "Satan is Her Name" / The Neanderthals - "Ghoul-A-Go-Go" / Jill Tracy  - ALL / Adam Hurst - "Ritual" / The Girly Birds - Trespassers William

Current drink:
Lots of water, coke, and iced tea but I've been daydreaming of making rum and coke popsicles.

Current food:
Does habitually chewing on my finger count as food? The last thing I ate was the cinnamon swirl toast with vanilla glaze, how can you beat cinnamon rolls in under 2 minutes? I'm also eying up the pomegranate I have in the fridge, I wonder if it knows that it is next...

Current Favorite TV Show:
The Walking Dead, Blackout, Killer Karaoke, and Mad Men of course. How awesome has this half of 'The Walking Dead' been?

Current wish list: Round Pintuck Pillow in Purple/Red/Black/All!, Destroyed Denim Jeans, Polka Dot Tulle Dress, Monster High Scaris Skelita Calaveras, Krylon Spray Paint / Many Colors, China Glaze Cast a Spell, Mad Men: Season 5 Blu-Ray, Jill Tracy Audio CDs, Large Iron Skillet - One in the house is not enough,  Entry way table, ornaments, new couch, queen size bed, end table for Jason, enough Christmas lights to stop the heart of an elf!, etc...

Current needs:
A shower? A proper income? Dental care?

Current triumphs:
Moving into and organizing, furnishing, and cleaning our new place. I really love this house even if it needs to be constantly cleaned!

Current bane of my existence:
The swelling I keep getting in my feet, ankles, and legs. It is super annoying and worrisome.

Current celebrity crush:
Christina Hendericks, which is not a different crush but still a crush, look at her - what a babe.

Current indulgence:
I have been indulging mostly in food that have already been mentioned but in my imagination I have been shopping non-stop, does that count?

Current blessing:
Jason. Hero. Halo. Family. Our place!

Current outfit:
(I'm going to just list the last few things I bought at a thrift store since my outfit is shit) Maroon velvet button up shirt, Black velvet knee length skirt, white and blue plaid button up shirt, pink converse shoes

Current excitement: Maybe thrifting and antiquing later, Jamie and Christina's party tonight, putting up my Christmas tree with my mom and little sisters next weekend, and our housewarming party the weekend after that. December is a busy month.

Current mood:
I'm feeling pretty good, if only my body would cooperate a little more.

Current link: Bearded man serenades Bill Murray with heavy metal.
This is really cute, you should watch it. I hate to do this but my shop is still open and it needs some biters, I mean love, it needs love. >>>>> My Shop.

Hello there, my trip went by so incredibly fast but that is what three day trips tend to do. Surprisingly enough (from my last post) I didn't over pack and I didn't put a Monster High doll in my carry on. I was however detained for special screening in my flight out of DC, I had to stand in the special box and go to the other side to be patted down. Admittedly I was a bit nervous but I was also a little confused, I mean c'mon, I couldn't possibly be the first person to pass through security with an underwire bra on! But we ladies know that the underwire is worth the stranger danger weapons check. It didn't take too long and before I knew it I was on the flight and reading my book about mafia man, Henry Hill, whilst listening to my ipod. Tampa was what it should be, sunny and ...full of lizards. My first half day there was quite productive; I had lots of giggles and chat time with the family, saw the house which was bigger and bluer (blue carpet, blue blinds, blue bathroom) in person, ate some spaghetti, and went to the Batman Marathon. Of course though I started to nod off during 'The Dark Knight Rises' (the only movie I hadn't already seen, effin' figures) because I was so exhausted, I felt like a toddler after a long day at Chuck E' Cheese. It was quite a long day, I didn't even get to my hotel to check in till 4AM and I couldn't help but giggle when the guy at the front desk mentioned that breakfast started in 2 and 1/2 hours.

Isn't the house cute? I love the trees. It has been sitting vacant for a bit so it needs a little TLC and I also doubt that anyone will catch me in the sunroom when the temperature is over 75 degrees because it was mighty toast in there but other than that I was really quite pleased with the house.

On the second day, Row and I went to Bayport (pictured above), did a little window shopping, and picked up Thai food. Before I knew it was time to leave and despite the heat I just felt very at ease in Florida, everything is very laid back - sometimes amusingly so, like the maid in the hotel lobby talking about walking in on a couple during a "special" moment and seeing a woman without a helmet on the back of a motorcycle smoking a cigarette.

I felt like we had arrived into the land of Gloom with the grey clouds and drizzle in DC and then the bumper to bumper traffic on the way home.

Let's play spot the national monument.

I'm still on the fence whether to move or not, my boyfriend is leaning towards going and I'm still not quite sure.

Things I'm doing besides packing, despite the fact that my flight takes off in 14 hours.

1.) Playing with a doll.
2.) Wishing I had two toned blue hair like aforementioned doll.
3.) Adding the name "Halo" (one of my kitties) to every song, "Halo's in partttieesss. He's in the cannnn"
4.) Pretending to introduce every song with the dedication "to my number one man, Halo."
5.) This genius blog post.
6.) Organizing 'Apples to Apples' cards.
7.) Staring at disregarded watermelon bits.
8.) Googling "what to pack for three day trip" in thinking that it may motivate me.
9.) Judging the person who wrote the tips on packing for a three day trip, five bottoms they say? Absurd.
10.) ...I will most likely pack five bottoms.
11.) Cuddling with Halo.
12.) Getting the brand new pants I bought from Target and want to bring with me onto my trip covered in cat fur.
13.) Contemplating putting pants in laundry but then I'll be without pants...
14.) Remove pants. Watch as they don't walk themselves into the laundry room and take a bath.
15.) Brr, it's cold in this air conditioned land.
16.) Mentally daydreaming about the where, what, how for shopping adventures while on trip.
17.) Watching Halo rub against plate with disregarded watermelon bits.
18.) Wishing I had ended this list at 13, because everyone knows the number 13 is spoooOooky.
19.) Recalling that two days ago I told my boyfriend that I hated waiting to the last minute to pack...
20.) You know what sounds good right now? A rockin' nap!

Wish me safe travels and eventual efficient packing! Efficient packing? Ha ha ha, I laugh at my naivety to suggest I will ever pack efficiently.

Hey everyone, I have exciting news to share with you, later this month - can't believe it is July already - I am flying to Florida to look at a house and if I like it, there is a pretty big possibility we might move there! I'm excited but also a little scared at the idea of moving almost 900 miles away. I've always lived in the Washington D.C/Baltimore area but I've always been the type of person that wanted to live many places so although I'm a bit nervous about it I'm really excited at the prospect as well, the cost of living is much less in Florida and it seems like a less stressful place to be.  Plus I mean beach, sunny skies, and year around flip flop weather is nothing to throw a beach ball at. If it works out that I get there and decide I don't like the house we have decided to move out of the place we live now either way, which is such a huge relief to me because as some of you may know I really don't care for my current living situation. My only issue now is I'm really impatient so I'm going to be counting down the days till I get to fly to Florida and then after that till we finally get to move. It makes things a bit odd though because I'm not quite sure what will be happening, just that things will be changing. My boyfriends band had previously been booked to perform at a show in Brooklyn, NY later this month but they had to cancel, I'm bummed it got cancelled because I love visiting New York but the timing was a bit tricky for everyone so it really is for the best. Besides all of that I've done a little shopping here and there, I got some new Monster High dolls, a tribal print dress, some dvds and books, and a purse I have since broke...

Last weekend I hung out with my friend Summer and we had wildly inappropriate conversations while getting pedicures, I watched the entire season of 'Girls', and I got to indulge in one of my favorite Summertime treats - snowballs with marshmallow on top (my hand looks really weird in that picture). In other news, I'm thinking of changing my hair here soon but I'm not quite sure, I've been really stressed out and feel like my hair is falling out left and right because of it.

There was a pretty big storm that occurred here a few days ago and knocked down a ton of trees and left a bunch of people without power but luckily all is well here. Yesterday I picked up some more library books so between those, my new dvds, The Sims 3, planning a trip, and planning a move, I've felt remarkably busy.

I feel like such a crappy blogger, I've been super distracted... just now I decided it was a good idea to paint the nails on only my left hand so distracted indeed.
