Times, they have been a tough, in the land of honeysuckelle. I swear I'm not going to start referring to myself in the third person, at least not regularly.

I agree Morrissey, I agree.
Ever since my hospital visit last week I have not been feeling the best, my head has been fuzzy and achy, my energy levels have been depleted, and my middle east has been in a constant state of unrest (I mean my tumsies. Been having nausea and what feels like a 24 hour laundromat operating in there). Last Friday and Saturday I literally slept something absurd like 14 hours, I basically only awoke to eat, it was rockin' good times. I have a new symptom over the last few days, pain underneath my ribs on my right side. I've been getting through the last two days with pain killers, nausea medicine, sarcasm, and benadryl. Like I said, Party USA over hur', I don't know if I necessarily have to mention this but the combination of medication have been making me even loopier than usual. BUT I will prevail, I hope or else I will hide under the couch, somehow, since our couch is really low to the ground, "It's a low rider".

Speaking of talking to appliances, look at this one
I (sort of) warned you about the loopiness. I don't know if this is necessarily loopiness or just the verbal mish mash that goes on in the my head all the time finally bursting through and being shared with you poor unsuspecting people. While I was making dinner, an entire 15 minutes ago, my roommate gave me this look like I was totally insane for briefly cursing under my breath at the oven. He even asked me, "uh were you talking to me?", and I was like "Nah, just the oven" and he gave me another wow she is crazy look. Who doesn't curse at their oven every now and then? I don't take my anger out on the oven for no reason, its not like "oh I had a bad day, let's go kick the oven." Oh the picture to the left is the kitchen in a house for sale that I have my eye on, me likesies, although the radiator placement is a bit awkward. The house has mountain views and a wrap around porch as well *sigh of adoration*. Speaking of adoring feelings, I completely forgot to ask my boyfriend to download last Sunday's eppy of 'True Blood'!

Don't give me that look Hamby, I will watch the newest ep.
So sounds as if times are a tough in other lands, what happened in Norway is beyond nuts. I was very sad to hear of Amy Winehouse's passing too, she had an amazing voice, it was really sad to witness the disintegration of her life and talent with her drug addiction. About a month ago I was telling my fiance about her, he had never heard of her (he listens to mostly metal so her type of music wasn't exactly in line with his) and I also wasn't hugely familiar with her music either but very tragic.

Anywho to the more sunny side of the street, my fiance is celebrating a birthday soon and will have Thursday through Monday off. One of my very good friends, Summer, also just celebrated a birthday two(now three) days ago.

I have been exploring Etsy excessively over the last few days, if I had the money, I'd buy everything I have saved to my favorites (a good 75 things). Everything from stationary, caramels, handmade dresses, jewelry, and prints o'many. I have also been addicted to reviewing things on Yelp. Yelp, I've been addicted to Yelp *rolls eyes*.

I better go since I'm starting to feel worse and worse as time goes on. Bah to the bah bah! I'm going to leave you with a picture of a dress I'm drooling over from Kiyonna and lastly my favorite kitchen of all time. Such a random transition but I was talking about appliances above so I decided to take a slight u-turn.

Oh, I found out yesterday that Ladytron is coming to DC in October! I hope I will get to go.

some my laundry hanging up to dry.
So I was laying in bed trying to sleep but my mind would. not. stop. Then, Karma Chameleon's chorus started playing on a loop in my brain so I decided to relinquish. You win Boy George, you freakin win. I don't even like that song that much (okay, I sorta do, I sing it in my head ALL the time).

So (apparently all my paragraphs must start with "so" this fine morning) my hormones must be raging because I spent like two hours (mmhmm, try more) googling pictures of hot dudes yesterday, this isn't the rarest occasions in my... world or what have you but normally I don't start growling at the computer/phone screen. But honestly when people say "what were you like when you were a kid?" I usually answer "boy crazy" and now I'd say "The kind of girl who tackles her boyfriend and humps him like a dog in heat in the kitchen with the blinds open?". It's not what you think, it's more of a gesture than anything sexual but that might be TMI but well, well, than stop reading. Don't stop reading :( I'll give you a cookie *pout* Me has no cookiez. I do have pictures of cute boys? Since I'm still on the subject I might as well list these manz I lusts over.

Mah monkey aka my fiance is top of the list (don't puke, I said don't do it!) but... I admit to some others. Get ready girls to clutch those pearls and have an ice pack handy. See, what I'm saying, I'm going boy bonkers.

Mr Henry Cavill, I don't know if you've ever watched 'The Tudors' but here is some incentive, he shows his ass and it is not bad at ALL. My boyfriend gives me crap about him all the time because he knows of my enormous crush on him. Look at that face, naughty little scrumpet.
Jason Momoa. Granted I did not really know who he was before 'Game of Thrones' but he was the perfect pick for Drogo. Lisa Bonet is one lucky, lucky gal.
Justin Theroux. Normally I don't like my men, so well, small but there is something really sexy about this chap. He actually grew up in D.C. too.
Lastly, Mr Alcide (Joe Manganiello) on the most recent True Blood episode taking his pants off to shift into a wolf and we got a little looksie at... well.. I can't speak. I almost died.
Last weeks 'True Blood' was quite amusing, I loved when Alcide growled - it was so cute. Eric acting silly declaring himself a sea god was adorable too. I don't want to give too much away to the people who might not be caught up on 'True Blood'.

In different and far less exciting news, I had to go to the emergency room on Sunday, I had a headache the entire day but as it got later it progressed to an absolutely horrific migraine of which I had never experienced. I called my fiance at work crying and was like "come get me, take me to the hospital, my head hurts so bad." I was feeling nauseous and it was just ugh terrible. Everyone at the emergency room was really nice, exceptionally nice (there's a lot of "ex" words going on in this post). I got some IV medicines, one of which really churned my stomach but the migraine dispersed. The doctor wrote me a prescription and my boyfriend treated me to a late dinner. Luckily no one noticed I still had my hospital bands and cotton swab on my arm from the IV while we were eating. I felt sick for 2 days after but I'm starting to feel better.

I have been craving marmalade like crazy lately, toast and marmalade, mmm mmm! Almost as tasty as all the men above, almost.

I have to say my lust has not been only for the masculine creatures, my wishlist would be pages long, all the clothing places have really been on their A-game. It has been far too long, I have to wishlist it.

To follow the boys theme...

I have set out to make a new post about 3 times over the last few days and in true form I would get distracted by any number of things and... well it happened again because I had to look up the Halliwell Manor or the 'Charmed' house. Oh my love for Victorian homes - le sigh - there is not enough room in my little overcrowded heart for all the baked goods, cats, new tights from torrid, my Monkey, the architecture drooling, etc... sigh with hearts in my eyes.

My chocolate creation (it's alivveee...muahaha?) arrived and was consumed within the following day from chocomize. I did manage to pry my dirty little hands away to take a picture. My creation was dark chocolate topped with sliced almonds, chocolate chip cookie dough candy, and cinnamon toast crunch. Twas named Choco-Dough-Nuts (may it rest in peace). It arrived lovingly wrapped in a aluminum pouch to protect it from the summer heat (I always fridgrize' my chocolate candy anyway but it was greatly appreciated). Boo no bubble wrap? I know, <3 the bubble wrap, I go nuts in The Container Store - have you been there? Its a bubble wrap lovers dream. I have to say, I felt a bit ripped off, I was expecting for somewhere between $0.75cents a topping to have a little more on the bar and within the chocolate bar but the toppings were only sprinkled on top. I probably won't order another because it was a bit expensive but I did enjoy it.

My boyfriend and I went to a local Korean place since my last entry, I've passed it about a million times and never experienced it which is a shame because it was delish. All this food talk! It was a bit annoying when a fellow diner decided to pamphlet attack us before our dinner arrived, I ended up using it as a coaster. I hate when people shove anything in my face. Anyway the Bul Gogi and Shrimp tempura were to dieeee for. My boyfriend even enjoyed his dish - for the yay.

My boyfriend and I beat Alice: Madness Returns, loved the end fight sequence. I got a bit frustrated with it at times, there is a ton of leaping. My strategy of JKS (just keep shooting) or JKK (just keep knifing) for gameplay worked beautifully as always. I'm sad I've seen the entire game, I want more kooky lands.

I had a blast on Independence Day, I went to a see 'Transformers 3' with my roommate Dawn and her sister. Afterwards we went to a house party where I met some new dandy people and talked to some dandelion people I've met before. Had some jello shots, some drinks, some cake balls, watched some 'True Blood', watched some IRL dramas go down, got kissed on the ear... I was told I have a good, happy energy by someone whose name I forget and lastly saw some fireworks through some trees.

I had Buca Di Beppo and did some shopping with my friend Summer (I didn't actually buy anything that day) last weekend. Then I visited my Dad and spent some time with my half-brother Jack who was on leave for a bit from Iraq. I don't know Jack very well, its a long story, but this is the fourth time I've met him. My Dad had a full house so he graciously put us up in a hotel for a night, it was one of the revamped Holiday Inns, it was surprisingly swanky. Yes it was Hilary Swank approved *shifts eyes*. We came across two wedding parties and two very apparent drunk & frisky lads because I felt a little violated by the direct eye contact and creepy little smirks.

The following day I dragged my boyfriend all around for emergency makeup and deodorant (I didn't pack because I didn't expect the trip). I got a black maxi dress too because I'm bad ^-^. My boyfriend and I played with my little brother Pavel's toys for a good hour then sat around for dinner where my Dad forced copious amounts of beef on my boyfriends plate. After dinner my Dad, Jack, my boyfriend, and I watched the entire 4th season of Californication. My Dad was hesitant at first but I hooked him.

Rainy day at Rio
Ugh, my car is giving me grief, it didn't pass emissions :(

This weekend has been shopping, absinthe (I hate the taste *shudder*), failed mini golf attempts, and more movies at home including 'Skyline'. The boyfriend and I have discovered a new love I must mention (I'm contractually bound - I'm nots) : American Pickers.

I have been a little keen on the big red bullseye lately, better known as Target or Tar-jay. I have a few purchases to share with you including the not pictured 'Sucker Punch' double movie pack, a white wrap dress I got on sale for $6.74, a black maxi dress, and a floral dress that I tried on 3 separate times before finally buying it yesterday.
Bought it: Black ginarmo purse for $8.6something
Bought it and received many a compliment.
Floral pattern on the dress.
Boyfriends new t-shirt.
Bought it: Fight club t-shirt I'll probably only wear to bed.
Eluded my grasp: they didn't have it in my size and my boyfriend said it reminded him of "snake skin."
I have some new items that should be arriving (hopefully) soon that I will share with you next entry and of course my excessive babble about what I've been eating, watching, listening to so I leave you with two (okay maybe fourfive) last things.

A must try! This ice cream is sooo good it's Blueberry Pie ice cream with bits of sugary pie crust. Mmm!
A cute little kitty that I made friends with from the neighborhood, we hung out for about an hour, now I look for him every time I go outside. Isn't he precious?

See, I was good, I left off at 5 things.
